Thank you for shopping with Taylor Lomax for your personalised leather gifts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to ensure smooth processing of returns and refunds.

Returns

  • Non-personalised items: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of goods to return items that are not personalised. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Personalised items: Unfortunately, products that are personalised or customised are non-refundable. This includes items that have been engraved with specific names, dates, or messages.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please email Steven at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Please provide details about the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed the return.

Exchanges

Exchanges for different sizes or colors are only provided for non-personalised items. If you need to exchange an item, please email Steven at [email protected] for further assistance.

Shipping

The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost.

No Exceptions

Please note that we do not make any exceptions to our refund and returns policy.

Preventing Returns

To prevent the need for returns, we have a rigorous drafting process for personalised items. Before production begins, we will provide you with a final etching file for approval. Once you confirm your satisfaction with the design, we will proceed with production.
